Hello

My name is Dick and I am a musical instrument teacher in Northampton England with over thirty five years of teaching experience.

I am a bassist, guitarist, mandolin and ukulele player. I am a bass specialist teaching slap, fingerstyle and fretless. I teach contemporary electric guitar, all styles and both bass and guitar Rockschool grades from debut to grade eight. I teach mandolin all styles but I specialise in folk and renaissance-classical music from the written page. I play ukulele and I teach this as a 'preferred entry to music' instrument because it promotes early dexterity and musical integration through singing.
